Product inquiries, orders, pricing and expediting – as well as warranty returns on all residential products – are the domain of Wales-Darby’s Residential Department.

This team also provides technical assistance for the aforementioned functions as relates to selection, application and installation primarily for wholesale supply houses, contractors and end users. Additional services include:

• Residential price inquiries
• Residential returns
• Residential stock inquiries
• Contractor troubleshooting

Outside Sales

The Wales-Darby Outside Sales Team spends the majority of its time meeting with the company’s distribution partners to discuss their specific business needs.
